Who it is for

• Meeting EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-4 or EB-5
• An employer and labor certification where these are required
• A current priority date under the Visa Bulletin

Documents

A basic preparation list. The competent authority creates the personal checklist based on citizenship and place of application.

• A valid passport and copies of its pages
• A completed application form and recent photographs
• Labor certification, the I-140 or I-526E, experience, education, civil status documents and the medical examination, depending on the category
• Proof of funds, accommodation and health insurance — where required
• A police clearance certificate, medical documents, translation and legalisation — if listed for the chosen category
