Family and retirement residence
The Non-Immigrant O category covers spouses and children of Thai citizens, the family of a work-visa holder, and applicants aged 50 and over who prove income or a deposit.

Who it is for
- An evidenced relationship, or being aged 50 or over for the retirement basis
- The financial conditions of the subcategory you choose
- The host's valid status where the basis is family
Documents
A basic preparation list. The competent authority creates the personal checklist based on citizenship and place of application.
- A valid passport and copies of its pages
- A completed application form and recent photographs
- Legalised marriage or birth certificates, bank statements or proof of income
- Proof of funds, accommodation and health insurance — where required
- A police clearance certificate, medical documents, translation and legalisation — if listed for the chosen category
