Documents

A basic preparation list. The competent authority creates the personal checklist based on citizenship and place of application.

• A valid passport and copies of its pages
• A completed application form and recent photographs
• Proof of income and assets, employer or investment documents and insurance
• Proof of funds, accommodation and health insurance — where required
• A police clearance certificate, medical documents, translation and legalisation — if listed for the chosen category

Application steps

4. 4Obtain the visa and the digital work permit where applicable

After arrival

• The report on your stay is filed once a year rather than every 90 days
• Keep meeting the category's conditions
• Renew the status under the programme's rules
