Who it is for
- An evidenced relationship and a qualifying family category

- For ordinary regroupement familial — accommodation, funds and a preliminary stage in France
Documents
A basic preparation list. The competent authority creates the personal checklist based on citizenship and place of application.
- A valid passport and copies of its pages
- A completed application form and recent photographs
- Marriage and birth certificates, the sponsor's nationality or residence permit, evidence of living together, accommodation and funds, depending on the category
- Proof of funds, accommodation and health insurance — where required
- A police clearance certificate, medical documents, translation and legalisation — if listed for the chosen category

- 4After arrival, validate the visa or request the card
